I love corn beef that’s why Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants but this location really needs to improve on there morning fast food orders. I normally eat here weekly in the morning but I’m not so sure anymore. I’m greeted at the speaker in a timely manner but when I get to the window it takes someone to come for 10 minutes to except my payment then I have to wait another 15 minutes for my food. I order at 10am in the morning so I be expecting faster services because I’m usually always the only one in line. Please help your staff. Thanks

The food was hot and the staff was kind. But I do not like the automated drive-through system. It could not understand the 2 for 7 deal. After a couple of tries an actual person came on and I had a feeling that this person didn’t even work at the store. They didn’t understand the 2 for 7 deal . They put everything that I wanted into three separate orders. (Which costs more) When I pulled up to the drive-through window, the lady said that I had three separate orders but she was able to fix it quickly. So that automated system and whoever was working was not good.

Worst fries ever. I never had these worst fries in life. I asked them to make me fresh and crispy fries and they gave me already made cold fires. The customer service was very poor. I would never recommend Arbys anymore.

a disaster are the employees. I enter the premises and they tell me that the box is closed that they take my order through the auto drive and when I go to place the order with the car it tells me that it is closed. The worst thing is that it was within opening hours. They are people who do not want to work, there were 3 people and they disrespected me.

The last few times that we visited the restaurant has been open for dining inside, or for to-go. It seems that renovations have been completed, for the most part, and it is noticeably better. Also, the new manager seems to be an improvement and is more focused. We are able to order thru the app or inside, and the taste is very good.

Had late lunch at the Alpharetta Arby’s on Windward Friday, April 14th, 2023. I used one of their mailed out coupons for two (2) regular roast beef classics. First, I was standing at the counter for a good five (5) minutes before anyone even knew I was there. If their employees are that unobservant, then get get an electric eye that rings a bell. Some young girl just happened to “bee-bop” around a corner or I’d still be waiting. (Note to Manager – this is no way to run a business). Next I ordered a Curly Fried Potatoes – this was mistake #2 because the fries were Pre-fried, and way over done. Tasted like fried Cardboard, too tough to chew, way too overdone. (2nd Note to Manager – you should instruct your employees to throw out burnt over done food, not just drop them back in grease to heat them up – I know this trick), and finally I was charged $2.49 for a small drink. You people are CROOKS! I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS ARBY’S TO ANYONE. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
