2 weeks ago I came in to grab a quick bite and after receiving drink I drank some but come to find out after looking at cup I saw half a cockroach…. I was in utter distress… I told them about it and when I said that the manager quietly (not quiet at all) said “ see I told you they’re everywhere”. I only received refund on drink and was sent on my way… probably won’t be back here sadly. Loved Arby’s but man this really killed the vibe.

I had a good experience at this location. They have easy access and convenient location just off Exit 14 on 400. I ordered from the drive through and the service was fast and professional. The Menu at Arbys is always super dense and you can get any number of different items. The food was prepared to order and had no issues. I also noticed they had a 100 health audit score in the drive through window that I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of.

I usually love Arby’s but this weekend Saturday. It was bad. They forgot 3 of my roast beef sandwiches. The fries was burnt and they were out of mozzarella sticks. And the drive thru was around 25 min long. It was really bad.

Ordered a Greek gyro and pretty sure they microwaved the whole thing. My tomatoes, onions and lettuce was all very hot and wilted. That is not the normal way it is served. I have had one from here in the past and it was great. Maybe the manager yesterday just didn’t run the place right. I may try again and if it is bad then I will not repeat.

I love Arby’s don’t get me wrong but this location constantly lets me down. One day you come up and the lobby is open and you’re able to go in and eat and the next day it’s locked up tight. I have a child with me today that really needs to use the restroom and is incredibly hungry and so am I. Yet they have the lobby closed again at 2:40 in the afternoon. There are three cars parked in the parking lot and no one in them so I know that they are inside. If they’re letting buddies in or other people in to eat then they need to let everyone in to eat. This location as lost my business and everyone’s business that I tell. I’m sorry but that’s just how it is.

Rolled up to the drive-through, sat for a min or so with no one greeting me. Said hello and a voice came on, “just a minute”. A minute later, “go ahead with your order”. Me, can I get an 8pc Mozzarella sticks. Her, we don’t have 8pc. Me, ok what is the next one 6? Her, we don’t have 8pc. Me, ok what is the next one is it 6pc. Her, it’s on the board. Me, I can’t read it, it looks like 4 and 8 but I guess the 8 is a six. Her, then that’s it 6. Me, nevermind and thanks for the attitude. I drove off. While I am sitting in the parking lot writing this I have seen two cars pull up and then drive away with out ordering. And side note, no one was infront of me so it’s not like they were busy. Will never go back. Clearly a horrible customer service location.

The guy who took my order was clearly confused between curly fries and garlic fries. I ordered curly but was given garlic. And the garlic fries were still not good – had a very plasticky taste and flavor.
