Arby’s is stupidly expensive for fast food, but it tends to be really good… The service at this location makes this Arby’s a waste of your time and money. I’ve ordered from here three times, and not once was it correct. I’m either missing food, the drinks are completely wrong, or the portions are horribly small… I don’t understand what’s so hard about this. Everything is already pre-measured and sized for quick and easy order fulfillment. All they have to do is heat it up and put it in a bag. What is so hard about putting fries in the container. Fill it up! Why are all of the containers only filled a third of the way? Do I need all of those fries? No! But did I pay for them? Yes! Did I pay way too much for them? Oh yeah, waaaaay too much!… I hate this location.

Ordered the 3 piece fish meal with crinkle fries. Don’t waste your money on the fish, measures about 1 1/2″ by 3″. Tartar sauce tasted like sour mayonnaise. Received curly fries instead of crinkle.

Arby’s truly cares about their customers. Each table has a plastic decal asking, “How was your eating experience today?” and a phone number and a QR code for ease of giving them feedback. They also have a bell, mounted on a plaque saying, “Enjoyed your meal? Ring the bell.” Well, you guessed it… We made a racket ringing the bell after our meal, and here we are writing this review. Our Loganville Arby’s had an old-fashioned feel to it in the best way. Looking forward to going back.

When the brisket sandwich first came out I loved it, today not so much. I can’t pin point what it was but it was below average. It you are going to advertise “We have the meats” make sure you sell a sandwich with quality meat and plenty of it. The brisket was thin, dry, and skimpy. The service people we nice and gave good service, but it didn’t make up for a less than quality product.

Came and gave them two coupons which would’ve saved me $10 through the drive-thru. They instead charged me the full amount. I tried to call after I got home to talk about how they didn’t use them, even though I handed it to them with my card. Their phones were down 3 days in a row. Terrible service.
