Can I just say, the service at this location is wonderful. Previously, I would have given this store a great review however not after today. I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella stick, and what I received had CLEARLY been dropped onto a very dirty floor, and then put in my bag. THANK GOD I looked down as I was driving while eating these. Absolutely disgusting, I will never be able to stomach Arby’s again.

I love when the chicken pecan sandwich is back… this place is always great. However the inside was a little hot as there are windows from floor to ceiling and the sun blaring down into the restaurant like a terrarium. It was pretty hot while dining in.

Well, I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich and received a cold chicken tender a dab of ranch 3 mini bacon sandwich. Very disappointed about the food, service is polite. Unfortunately, this is why I stopped going to Arby’, their food quality has taken a major nose dive. Sad, very sad!!

i visited this store after a long work day. i ordered a french dip & swiss. AFTER i paid, i realized i did not have my Au Jus dipping sauce KIND OF A BIG PART OF THE FRENCH DIP AND SWISS. they did not inform me when i ordered & didn’t care to tell me they were out until after i had paid for my food. seriously?????

Visited this store today at 2:00 pm and ordered 2 Spicy Gyro meals. One of the sandwiches included this 1/4 inch Philips head machine screw. Thankfully although discovered while taking a bite it didn’t break a tooth or cause choking. I thought I should inform Arby’s on Alpharetta Hwy that this happened. I spoke with Shift Manager Carmen who told me that it didn’t happen. That was it. No apology. It didn’t happen. We’ll SM Carmen, it did happen, own it and do better. Needless to say, we won’t return.
