This location is rude the manager on duty on 8/12/23 at 6:30 PM is extremely rude. I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes with just one car in front of me. By this time it has started storming pouring down raining. I proceeded to place my order after repeating the order twice I told her that I will have to come to the window because I am getting poured on. She yelled at me that she had to get my order correct. I let her know again that I was coming to the window. The coverage for the rain is very small. Once I got to the window I apologize and let her know. I could barely hear that I was getting rained on. (a different person was at the window. I had assumed that it was her however she was standing behind her.)

Pros: The drive-thru staff was very friendly and the curly fries were lovely when they were warm. Cons: The chicken was dry and the sandwich had an item that I asked to be removed (as was the case for the other combo we purchased), not to mention, we waited in the drive thru line for what felt like an eternity (but in reality was probably about 20 mins). I had to put the car in park 2x cuz I grew tired of pressing on the brake. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular Arby’s any time soon.

Surprisingly I liked their swiss cheese and beef w/aujour dipping sauce. I’ve been there 3 times and 1st visit they were out of almost everything. I pulled up and checked my order, no sauce on side, no Swiss on my sandwich. I drove back around to let the kid know. He said they were out, I think he was there alone doing the best he could. Other 2 times it either took a very long time and both of those times I was missing something and 1, the order was wrong. This was at the time places were opening back up. Like I said first off, they serve pretty good food and missing something or not it was fresh. Just check your order before you leave the window

Ordered 2 BLT sandwiches, curly fries, and jalapeño bites to go. Our sandwiches was really just bread with barely any filling. The fries container was half empty. The only thing that tasted good were the jalapeño bites. Waste of money.

Set in line for 20 minutes. When they asked to take my order I ask what sauces came on the chicken sandwich. Their response was I’m not sure I’m too tired, I think honey mustard, so I asked for horsey sauce on the side when I got home, there was neither on the sandwich or in the bag. And the sandwich looked disgusting

Newly remodeled and looks great. However, there’s a new crew, and unlike the old one, they aren’t as concerned with service or hospitality. They shorted our order and acted like we were inconveniencing them to get the food we’d paid for. The soft drinks are also not dispensing correctly. All of them tasted “off.” They cooked our cheese sticks so long that all that was left was the breading. Neither table we were at was assembled correctly, either. The top was loose on one, and the other’s legs were crooked. We love Arby’s, and the remodeled store looks great, but if visits continue like this one, we’ll be going elsewhere.
