One of the best customer service experiences consistently each time of any other restaurants in the area… these ppl are on it everytime. Not sure how they do it in 2023 but they should keep it up. Place is always clean. They are fast friendly and consistent with getting your order right. Rare these days. They should go to Wendy’s next door and teach them how to not suck.

It was as expected for fast food. Not bad, but nothing gourmet either. I miss a sandwich Arby’s had years ago, the roast chicken club. It was great, don’t know why they dropped it. The turnovers are good when fresh, tough when they’ve been sitting.

Decided to give them a shot when a coworker and I needed a filling quick meal. They were running a special 4 beef for $10. Decided to added large fries and two cups of cheddar on the side. We were starving. The service was pleasant at the window but as odd as it sounds the food was prepared and given to me way too quickly. Figured once I got back, we would be eating food that had been made up to 30-1hour prior sitting under a heating lamp. Way too fast of service for FRESH. It was way worse than I had imagined by the time I got our food back. Every item was COLD! And look at the amount of cheddar cheese they are pushing on people. Take a good look. Each cup with this amount (about 1/4 the cup was (.60) each! In this blue economy – that’s not going to fly. Won’t be back. First and last chance.

Half the time you get what you order. And half the time it’s cold or wrong. It’s about a 50/50 split to be honest. I told them my son can’t have an item on his food and when I got to my house which was 15 minutes away it had extra of that item. So check your stuff. I will say the manager was super polite and helpful about the issues.

Was really craving a chicken sandwich and stopped by Arby’s to give it a try. Drive thru service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was more than I expected. The portion of the salad in the sandwich was very good for the price. The bread they use was soft and perfect for the salad. I would like for the celery to be chopped in smaller pieces because they were kind of big bites. Other than that, I would definitely buy my pecan chicken sandwich from here again.

I normally love arbys but the attitudes of the workers has just gone down hill. I understand that the pandemic really took a toll on them and that’s completely fine I can easily get over that. But I would like to have my order look at least similar to the advertised menu picture. I definitely didn’t ask for a side of cheese on this sandwich.this is what it looked like when I opened it.
