My wife ordered fish sticks but they gave us chicken instead. It took a while to beckon anyone to correct. The guy that gave us the order was in the back and began walking off when we said “Hello ..Excuse me” to try to get his attention.

Lousy. I work right next door to this place and unfortunately I have been late down time after time. The fries are guaranteed to be cold, the meet portions on the brisket and roast beef are the most skimpy out of all the Arby’s locations I frequent and when I asked (recently) for mayo on my brisket sandwich instead of bbq sauce the guy on the mic said he would give me mayo packets instead. What!? I didn’t ask for that, why cant I get it on the sandwich as if it were bbq sauce. I don’t want packets. Ok he says. I get my bag and get to work to discover my sandwich and fries are COLD and no damn MAYO. Arby’s needs to get it together at the Holly Springs location (Cherokee Dr and Hickory Flat).

Came in around 2pm to get a late lunch. I hit up the restoom and then came to the counter to order my food and no one was at the counter. Their was lady at the drive thru working hard and guy working they fryer, there was 3-4 people just huddling behind the prep station, NO One came to take my order after 5 minutes of waiting, i left and went to chick-fil-a and was served as soon as i got to the counter.

Ordered the special , 4 roast beef sandwich’s, large curly fries and 8 pc jalapeños poppers. Sandwiches were cold, fry’s were pcs, cold and hard and poppers were cold and hard. We were there at 4:10 pm. I’m sure the fry’s and poppers were left over from lunch time.

This Arby’s now has a automated drive thru to take your order. It is terrible. Ordered my food, just a number 1 with a shake, but it took over 5 minutes because the system. After struggling to finally get the order in it asks if I need anything else, I replied to I get a 10% discount for this dumb machine, then to my surprise a real person came on the drive thru line. So they heard me struggle to order the whole time and only came on when I made a comment at the end of my order and her response was just , “ wowwwww drive around to the window” she was very offended that I was not pleased with the automated system then proceeded to be very rude and gave no response as I said thank you for every item she handed me. My food was thrown together in the bag as well overall terrible experience and terrible new drive thru. I will personally never return to this Arby’s location, and if you’re in the area don’t try your luck, Chick-fil-a is next door and on sundays there’s a Zaxby’s or Taco Bell.

Went 2 days, in a row, getting food for several different people & spent alot of money, for fast food. The orders were wrong, the curly fries were cold & hard, the wagu burger, sucked & since when, does 2 damn shreds of lettuce, count as adding lettuce to anything?! There’s usually more lettuce than that,on the fries, accidentally!!!

My food was handed to me with sauce all on the inside of the bag and multiple of the five sandwiches turn sideways or upside down. I said something to the cashier and she looked at me like I was dumb. They were also five employees standing around goofing off rather than actually working and doing what they get paid for. Just another reminder of why I don’t go to Arby’s. What a representation of the brand for the new store in Hickory flat.
