Service was great. The young lady at register will go places In Life with her great attitude. Very rare these days. However the food quality here has gone down hill.we all k ow Arby’s is expensive so we expect to get some actual food. The portions here have gotten. So small it’s ridiculous. Our French dips that we purchased have one thin layer of meat. The gyro was not good the auju sauce was absolutely watered down. You have to buy a dou le roast beef sandwich at this location to get a regular size sandwich. None of the fry containers were filled. Obviously they aren’t doing well so they are cutting corners. We have another location we visit on occasion and it is consistently amazing. This one is not.

The food was good but I have yet in my last three visits to get my order correct. This time, 60 plus dollars spent and missing two medium fries, three incorrect drinks, and did not give me the sauce I asked for. I enjoyed the food I did get, just wish my order would just be correct.

I don’t eat Arby’s usually but I was next to it so why not. I ordered a #7 which is a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. But when I got home it was just bun and ham. I called and spoke to someone and they were nice said I could go back for it to be fixed. Now I live 25mins away so I informed him it wouldn’t be that day and he said it was fine. I went the next day and the service I got wasn’t the best. When I explained what happened they acted like they were confused. Not only that but the girl who handed me the food practically threw it at me and just closed the window. No jello, no apology. NOTHING. Almost made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. I’ve worked at a restaurant before and I understand. Intakes happen, but we use to always try to go above and beyond when we did mess up to make up for it.

Terrible fries, both crinkle and curly fries. Odd texture, tasted as if oil was old. Chicken nuggets were small, almost no meat, all coating. Hard to chew!!

Nicest Arbys I have ever been to! The have the meat and shakes but salads are terrible. Guess you are not supposed to get one here! Lol! Love the meat selections though. And the shakes are awesome! Really nice staff too! Cool decor. Great, convenient, location.
