I must have read the menu wrong, because I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but I didn’t know that it would be extra crispy, almost burnt from sitting in the warming cabinet ALL DAY TODAY! Just awful waste of money because Arby’s isn’t cheap. Please do better next time

Food is great, staff is nice, but why do they only have ONE employee working there at night? Night usually has more customers then the day time and sometimes you’ll wait 10+ minutes for a sandwich (not the employees fault, its one person doing everything) & yet never give attitudes always smiles and “Have a good one”.

I went through this drive through for a large fry and when I went up the the window the rudest red headed boy began having an attitude for no reason. He said something facing me and I asked what he said and he pointed aggressively at his head piece and said I am not talking to you in a very rude way. I will not be returning to this Arby’s or any Arby’s because when I got the food it was burnt and disgusting. I would much rather have the freezer burned arby’s fries from the store.

Even thought a favorite menu item is no longer available they still wanted to make it for me granted with one less ingredient. They are an amazing and nice team and even though I did not want them go through the trouble they served me with something else I wanted and it was hot and fresh and delicious.

I love what they did with the remodel, this was my first time back since they did the remodel. Front line server was very pleasant and was prompt at greeting us. He took our order and then I had to use the restroom. That bathroom was spotless and for that fact so was the restuarant. The food was just what we expected it to be, yummy!! Good all the way around!!!

Stopped here after a doc appt. Ordered chicken strips and cheese sticks, fiancé got one of the new bourbon sandwiches and said it was rubbery. My chicken strips were also very rubbery, I had to throw a couple out. What really upset me though was the cheese sticks were about 2/3 the size as I’ve ever gotten at an arbys. Normally they’re about the length of one of my fingers, here they looked like I would’ve had an unfortunate accident with a table saw. The prices were inline with any other arbys, including the one I went to a week later, that had the regular sized cheese sticks again. Service was also quite slow, only one car ahead of us, and after we ordered and paid, they had us pull around where we waited over 15 more minutes to get our food (total time from ordering till we got our food was nearly 25min). Won’t be stopping here again if we’re at the doc around lunch/dinner time again.

This was just a wow experience… first they claim the “fryers are down” … they then forget to give us our drinks… and then when I get home I find out my sandwich is burnt af.. idk who manages/owns this location but get it together. TERRIBLE!!!!
