Just wow! If I could give zero stars I would. This place is filthy and worker(or non-workers) act as if you are imposing on them just to take your order! I will not be back to this Arby’s and it a shame because Arby’s in general as a chain restaurant is great

We ordered through the app. We ordered the hushpuppy breaded fish, a chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks and a chocolate shake. When I arrived, they told me they had NONE of the things except for the mozzarella sticks. Since we’d ordered and paid online, they couldn’t refund our money and we’d have to go through the app. What a headache.

If I can give that cashier a negative 0,I will. Chasity’s attitude is terrible, she needs to take a customer service class. I didn’t even enjoy my meal. Terrible experience . Then they tell you to pull to the double doors and you wait 20 minutes on a simple order.( Boneless wings meal).

As with all fast food restaurants in Statesboro this Arby’s doesn’t disappoint with the lack of quality or service!! They rarely have what you go there to order. You can never get a milkshake. I went to the drive thru this time waited 10 minutes to get to the window was given my drinks and told to pull around to the glass double doors. I waited another 10 minutes for my food to come out. Just to find out my French Dip was missing the dip!! The food was not frsh or hot, so why did I have to pull around and wait?!! While waiting I was blocked in my parking spot by someone else who was pulled around from the drive thru window. I had to ask the person who brought my food out to ask them to move and of course they got incredibly angry. Just a mess! Statesboro really needs a GOOD fast food restaurant!!

Visited here about a month ago in Statesboro and the management has changed obviously and so has the food and service. When I got there 2 employees (male and female) were bickering while the manager said nothing to address the issue. Other employees were standing around doing nothing basically. The atmosphere was stale. My curly fries had some kind of glove or washcloth material in them… a long string. I lost my appetite and probably won’t go there again.

It was my first time trying their food and it was not good. I am disappointed, waste of money. I got the chicken tenders combo with fries. The chicken tenders were way over cooked.. meat was not tender but hard. The outside of the tenders was hard as a rock. Only some pieces of the bread was I able to chew. Not sure what happened. I also had to wait 10-12 minutes outside. Will not come back 🙁
