My local Arby’s, it was clean and quick and staff were polite. Today, I tried the new diablo dare challenge. I got the chicken. The food was hot and clearly fresh. I enjoyed the chicken and the heat was actually pretty decent. It’s more a smokey heat verse straight out spicy. As I write this I can still feel the heat in the back of my throat. Over all, the new sandwich has a good mouth feel. The chicken was crispy. Yes they do give you a small shake as well. I would order this again.

Abigail Fountain and Jazmin made my sandwiches with red sauce after she was asked to not put on it. She yelled at me and said it’s already done. I told her we are allergic and she STILL SENT THEM. I called and asked for mgr and was told they do not have a manager or a corporate number ATM because they are busy. Lol. I will be reaching a manager immediately.

We wanted to try the new “hushpuppy breaded fish”. I expected much better from Arby’s. It tastes like what I would get from frozen food at the grocery store. Not even close to hushpuppy breaded. Big disappointment!

The floor under tables was not wonderfully clean, but the guy helping was okay nice enough..not perky or anything. I was TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED because they discontinued the turkey slider!! I have a mammal allergy (which happens to be in epidemic status across the US) and can only eat chicken, turkey and fish. The only chicken they offered was fried! No turkey, only fried tenders for chicken and roast beef. Sod day for me.
