Food was good as expected. I have always liked their RB sandwich. I also had an orange cream shake which was a real treat. The shake came out right away, but it took 10 minutes to get the sandwich.? There was some kind of miss in their process, seems like a plain RB sandwich would be faster…

Wow!!! This location is under newer attention to detail management. The staff are to be commended for their 100A Food Service Inspection. Ms Angela would also receive a 100A for counter service if they had it. See attached photos, next time I will insure I have time to eat-in. The food I ordered was made with excellence.

Great food but I have to say, owners you might need to look into shutting lobby down with being so short staffed. There was 3 ladies working in the whole shop just now and they were very overwhelmed. Drive through was going through fast but lobby was being neglected. I commend the manager for working as hard as she could to try and keep up but there’s a point when you need to make a decision. Your workers are going to be burned out and leave if it stays like this.

We ordered 2 steak burgers meals, the wagyu ones. They charged us for turkey, bacon, ranch sandwiches. No, we didn’t get the burgers. Not mad, but whoever trains your employees please for the love of getting orders right— always, always recall the order back to all of your customers at the order board, and at the window, so you don’t ever get a bad review, and make less mistakes.

The staff at this location are beyond incredibly unfriendly. We are from Florida so our packaging looks different. We wanted to make sure our food was correct and they stood there looking at us like we were idiots. When we explained our packaging was different so we were checking everything they acted like we needed to shut up and move. Will not return and don’t recommend. Very out of the ordinary hospitality for Georgia. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Was treated with disrespect, The order for 2 chicken pecan sandwiches (only received one) was served dripping with mayonnaise and inedible. From the time I arrived at the order kiosk to the pickup window Xander was very disrespectful and I am very dissatisfied.

We were up all night with running stomachs while on vacation, we were given our food without a recipe or our change back, and when we asked for it we were questioned and after determining it wasnt given, an apology wasnt even provided and they were out of curly fries. Won’t do Arby’s again!
