Imagine being an hour away from home but you can’t wait to get Arby’s, drive 5 miles out of the way, order 2 beef & cheddars with a drink only to have the sandwiches have a quarter amount of cheese on it. You show the employee & manager and they say you have to spend an extra $1.50 per sandwich to get the amount of cheese that every Arby’s in the country gives you! And yes they are blacks who have no business running an Arby’s. So instead of putting the correct amount of cheese on the sandwich the they preferably gave me my money back! #unbelievable

Go here regularly.. showed up today. Waited for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged my presence even after 3 people ignored me. Has a door that is broken with no sign and it’s locked. Finally had a nice guy to tell another worker I was there. Only to learn that one item ordered was not available and then told I could not get a refund. Asked to speak to a manager with no response from the worker and the manager who was very rude, unclean, unprofessional told me there was nothing they could do. When I asked what item I could be replaced, she said she did not know. Terrible experience. Do not go there during the day during the week. All around back experience.

We, 2 people, could have eaten at Locos with table service and a beer each for what we paid to eat here with 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 milkshakes and it is listed as $1 to $10. My butt it is!! I will not pay more for fast food than I will cooked to order food in a great atmosphere where I am being served. Sorry Arby’s, you need to check yourself.

The young Indian girl taking the orders was a great worker. She ran the window cut the meat for my sandwich and fixed my order. The 3 black women there didn’t lift a single finger to help her. They were standing around watching her work. They made her do their job too. This was around 4:30 pm on Wednesday March 15. Check the camera. This was at College Station store.
