First of all they said they could only take cash through the drive through or you would have to go inside to order?!?! Luckily we had cash no big deal.. then they give us some old crusty curly fries that looked like they scraped them off the floor a week ago. Why would someone even consider giving those out?! We were baffled. Trust me the picture does not do justice you could have used them as a weapon they were so hard.

I usually don’t comment negatively because everyone can have an off day. This was ridiculous. I didn’t get to comment on the food because we never got waited on. We waited there a for about 10 minutes hoping someone would take our order. One of the servers finally said someone will be with you in a minute. No one ever came. There were no customers in the drive thru. There was one other customer in the Arby’s. We gave up. This was ridiculous.

The food was not good. It was cold and greasy. The service person was very rude. The restaurant was dirty. The brooms and dustpan were in the seating area the whole time we were there and no one bothered to remove it. The tables were sticky, my husband had to wash it before we could sit down. I really dislike going to this store and don’t go unless I have to.

Not only did the person ordering not know how to speak, she was grumpy and very unprofessional. I finally got my order and gave her my debit card. I had to ask for it back. She then left the window and someone else had to complete the order. I spent a good bit of money and after I got home was missing a large roast beef sandwich. The fries were cold. I live 5 mins away. There is no service anymore.

Women working at the window didn’t have her hair pulled up. She was steady picking at her hair while making our drinks. Very very unsanitary and disgusting. Service was very very slow as well. It took 18 mins to get a classic roast beef sandwich and a classic beef and cheddar sandwich.

I went through the drive through to order. Once my order was placed, the associate grinned and coldly asked me to put up to the door. Not understanding exactly what she said, I asked her to repeat herself and again, I received a cold grin and quick demand to pull up to the door. There was already a car pulled up to the door in front of me and there were no cars in the drive through behind me. A different associate was “running food” to the door.

Staff refuse to make anything that requires “freshness” ….. if it’s not under the light already, they will tell you that they don’t have it. This has happened multiple times. Not to mention, they also wont bag the items properly. I got a French dip, and it was thrown in the bag, separated from the packaging. Franchisee needs to take responsibility for a lack luster establishment.

Just had a very unprofessional manager at the Dublin U.S. 80 location next to Golden Corral. Manager got upset with me because I gave him $ 22.86 for a meal that totaled $ 7.86. Guess he couldn’t figure out that all he owed me $ 15.00 even. He responded to me with an attitude , “Man , why you gotta” …I stopped him before he swallow his whole foot and asked him “why I gott what’ ?. If he has problems with subtraction and/or addition he might be the wrong line of work. Very unprofessional response from him , he acted like l purposely made it difficult for him. Another establishment in Dublin I will never patronize again. One star because I couldn’t give it a ZERO. By the way this is not first bad experience there , just gave them the benefit of the doubt. The fish sandwich on this visit was awful.
