Randomly Bold And Beautiful
Food was not as good like it use to be back in the day I use to eat here everyday. Of course I used to work there so the food was excellent when I work there years ago in my hometown. My cherry turnover was hard as a rock and my roast beef and cheddar didn’t have enough cheese just disappointed I have had Arby’s in a while they let me down. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just at that location I tried it at a different location and it still was bad french-fried was cold not hot and the sandwiches just didn’t taste good. Please get it together soon I hate to stop coming here altogether

Why is it so difficult to order a plain American roast beef sandwich! The girl didn’t listen and refused our requests! and had an all around bad attitude. So sad, we usually have great service. This was awful!

They always have good food, but somehow they always manage to mess up putting our whole order in the bag. We usually end up coming home looking through the bag and finding out they didn’t put something in there. I guess wr need to start looking through the bag before we leave the parking lot.

Fries are never right. Never the right temp, Never the right amount, and Never the right taste or in this combination. Serve chips it fries are an issue. With some improvements, this spot could rock. Excellent location to thrive.

Went to order for dinner at the drive-thru. There was no response for 5 mins from the box. Pulled forward to the window with the employee confused, i asked if the box was broken, and he repied no, asked if i could order here since there was no response for 5 minutes. He said no, and i would have to drive around again to order from the box.. he did not seem to want to work..

They said they couldn’t use the gift card because the price was a few cents over. I said I would pay the difference but they said I had to pay in full with only one payment method and could only use the gift card if my order was less than it’s value. Makes no sense, what’s the point of a gift card you can’t use or you can only partially use. Sounds like they want to scam people.

The food was OK! The building needs an upgrade. Not like other Arby’s, I’ve been to. The parking lot was very ruff. But if you know the area, then you know that it is used to skip the red light at Russell Pkwy and Moody Rd. So, probably explains why. Customer service was ok, need to be a little bit more patient. Especially when I’m the only one there.

Every time I go to this Arby’s, they do not listen to anything. I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich with extra meat and they give me a classic roast beef. The Mrs wanted the classic roast beef and cheddar and she got a half pound. We want sweet tea and we always get unsweetened tea. Every time we go there our order is never correct. I will not be going back. It’s a wonder that Arby’s is still open
