I used to love Arby’s until I ate inside this store. No hairnets or beard nets when I watched people’s food being prepared today. Had eight people in the store standing around and at least two of the boys making food had there butts on the countertop where food is put together. Can’t really blame them with the way the general manager speaks to them with customers in the store. Will never get food here again.

Every time I’d order fries they wouldn’t be fresh or hot. So I started not ordering fries when I’d go place an order. Today I decided to give another chance. Ordered two crinkle and one curly fry. Crinkles we’re good, fresh and warm. I did not receive the curly fry I ordered.I don’t have time to run back and pick up what is left out. Needless to say I’m out a couple of dollars and I had one unhappy kid.

Charged me for fries when my meal comes with them the ordered the new hamburgers they didn’t even put sauce on them and my friend got the fish and it was hard. Second time coming here first time they tried to charge me more but luckily I know math. This place needs to be ran better. I should have took pictures of the burnt hamburgers. I just won’t go back.

I have had bad experiences in Douglas Ga but only good experiences in Hazlehurst GA so my family and I drive to Hazlehurst when we go to Arby’s or another specific fast food place. The only thing about the other place is they ALWAYS claim their milkshake machine is down. So we don’t go there anymore because of that and opted to stick with Arby’s and the other night was no exception. It was 3 hours before they close and we ordered our food and tried to order a milkshake each and the cashier started to put the order in but looked over towards the drive through window then said “I’m sorry, our milkshake machine is down” I laughed and told my husband they’re starting to sound like their neighbor and she said “He is cleaning the machine right now.” I ask her if it would be up and going anytime soon. And she said probably an hour. So we decided to order anyway even though the main reason was for a milkshake. Over an hour later the machine was still now up. I believe that they close it down early trying to get finished with their side work before they close instead of keeping the customers in mind first. And they just refuse to use it after they’ve cleaned it so they don’t have to clean it again. Hopefully this review will reach upper management and this issue can be resolved before like their competitors have, they too lose a constant good customer. Other than that I have no complaints except that specific night maybe due to mgmt on duty, but there appeared discrepancies in our order on the wrap sandwich as though they were busy cutting corners so when it was time to go home they could be out the door sooner. I still gave a 4 star rating because this was the 1st time with above mentioned issues and normally they’re nothing but 5 stars in my opinion.
