Ridiculous to sit in the drive through on a slow Sunday afternoon and 1, they’re out of roast beef. That’s literally you’re thing… And 2, be at the window for 20 mins to get a cold chicken sandwich because you can see the employees on their phones standing around in the back.

This was an all around bad Arby’s experience. When I showed up to order there was already a couple waiting in front of me. We stood there together for another 5 minutes or so while two people in the kitchen continued to cook food. Finally a big guy showed up to the counter to take our orders, while he was doing so he had his phone out and spent about half the time looking at it and the other half inputting the order. When I went to go get my drink the root beer was out of syrup, so I got something else and told the guy at the counter. The wait for the food wasn’t very long so I grabbed the food and some sauces and went back out to my truck so I could eat and get back on the road. Now this is coming from a truck driver who has eaten many fast food burgers so when I say that the top bun on that burger was the driest and hardest bun I have eaten in my life that’s pretty bad. I wanted to so badly take it back but I was in a hurry. Don’t make the same mistake that I did and avoid this place, if you can.

The food was ok, got the roast beef au jus, which was $12.46! The au jus looked really watered down, very light in color; not the norm. The sauce, ketchup dispenser was disgusting. I certainly would not use it, asked for ketchup packets. I will NOT be returning to this location

One star for being the only Arby’s that I’ve ever seen that is incapable of serving anything but breakfast in the morning even though their time is listed as a 24 hour restaurant. How come every other Arby’s can serve the full menu and you guys can’t? That’s pretty lousy! I will be back.

How much would it cost to fix your shake machine since it’s always “down” when we try to get one? I’ll gladly pitch in on the costs. My kids love arbys milkshakes but we might as well go to McDonald’s to get the same disappointment. Guess we will just keep going to Chick-fil-A because they’ve never once told me their machine was down.

If I could give a 0 star I would. It’s sad because I do like Arby’s. Jacob the manager told me I could not use a coupon to get a variety of sliders, only classic sliders which meant only roast beef and no other flavors. I am not sure whether that was true, but even if it is he then told me he really was too busy to talk with me. He said it cost the store too much money to honor the coupon. He did reluctantly let me use the coupon but could have done it without the attitude.
