Food was hit or miss the evening we visited. Some curly fries were cold, they were out of Wagyu burgers and strawberry lemonade. Chicken sandwich and nuggets were fresh, but the cheese sauce for the beef and cheddar was cold. The shift manager did not communicate all that well and seemed confused at times with giving back change and taking orders from our party. The inside, although clean was old and needs remodeling.

Michael was friendly. The frys were hot. My spicy RB was cold my husband’s crispy chicken was ok. My husband just came out the bathroom and said the commode was filthy. We are just traveling through.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal the chicken was hard old and dry. I also ordered some loaded fries and asked for curly fries but was give the regular fries for $16.78 I was very disappointed I will not be returning it’s a no go for me.

Nice people but NEVER purchase their expensive items. The basic sandwiches that just require one meat, lettuce, tomatoes is usually good and the chicken is okay. But for this trip I decided to purchase the Big Kahuna and that was a big mistake. The sandwich by itself was a little over $8 with no sides. It looked nothing like the picture. I thought since I had to wait for it to be cooked that it would be prepared better. The flavors did not mesh well either. However the customer service is always great to me the few times that I come.

Its Arby’s … Can’t go wrong with a delicious roast beef sandwich. I fully suggest getting a Jamocha shake!! And always add a cup-o-cheddar… Great to dip the curly fries in!!!
