I went through the drive through and ordered. My car was the only car in line or in parking lot. I spent over $40. Wasn’t given a receipt when handed my cc back. I thought it would be on the bags so didn’t say any thing. I was told to wait 5 minutes, the time it would take to cook my chicken order. My food was brought out in less than 3 minutes. I drove across town to home. Got home and found that my chicken was missing AND an entire other meal. I immediately tried to call the store and kept getting a message that no one was available. So, now I am waiting to talk to someone and watching my cc to see if weird charges show up……

My and my boyfriend went their tonight and had a very bad experience. He ordered a chicken sandwich plain. They told us to pull up because they was waiting on his chicken to cook. Well we finally got our food and the chicken was barely warm and tasted like a old piece of chicken and our fries were cold

Arbys attendant: we don’t have any drinks because our water line is broken. Me: oh dang, I need a drink, but ill order anyways. Can I get the wagyu burger deluxe? Attendant: yes that’s 11… Me: *pulls up to window* Ma’m, I just want the burger not the whole meal. Attendant: you will only get the burger because the waterline is broken. Me: okay but I won’t want to be charged for the whole meal when I am only getting the burger. Attendant: that’s the price of the burger. Me: the sign says just under seven dollars for just the burger. Attendant: yea that because you got the deluxe. Me: oh okay. Attendant: *hand me burger and card back with no receipt* Me: *drives off to go to a different drive thru for a drink* looks up the price of the sandwich online…says starting at 6.99 and varies by location….I paid btwn 11 and 12 dollars for the dang thing! Also, apparently it is cooked by ssous vide…meaning it was vacuumed sealed and cooked in a water bath! Well Moultrie Ga Arbys…never again.

We waited 20 minutes because they said that they had to cook the chicken. No one was behind us but they made us pull up. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long. They hadn’t even started on our order! Gave us cold/soggy fries, forgot the chicken and that was the reason we were waiting. When we finally got the chicken, it was so hard that my 3 year old couldn’t even eat it! Won’t be going back. Food was terrible but the service was worse!

Sorry excuse for a sandwich bought $25 worth of these. The manager couldn’t have cared less either. The food deserves 0 stars and service less than that. The pictures is a big beef and cheddar classic, they were apparently suffering from a cheese shortage. I recieved a request along with a link asking for more information I provided what they asked for but I haven’t heard from anyone regarding this issue.

Have lived in Moultrie three years. And yes this is an Arby’s and the food is great, I’ve never been there when the lobby area to its was clean… Very dirty. Should pay more attention where customers are eating.
