We came in during peak lunch hours (12:30), all of the staff was incredible, from the kitchen to the workers at the registers, so welcoming & personable!! The food came out at record speed & tasted phenomenal! (we ordered 4 beef & cheddar sandwiches & a large fry! Everything came out in less than 6 minutes ) I highly recommend trying out this location if you’re the area ❤️ I guarantee they will not disappoint!

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and they smelled like vomit. Both were cold and buns were hard. Lobby was closed. This is a training restaurant and things here are AWAYS bad. I’ve come here since it was new and there’s usually no paper towels in bathroom. Drinks are out of syrup. The ketchup pump NEVER works. I sometimes imagine just myself doing everything in hrre and nobody else but they usually have 4 people here and can barely function at all. I won’t come back here anymore and i predict this place will close by 2027.

My recent visit to Arby’s left much to be desired. The chicken wrap I ordered was barely edible, with almost nothing redeeming about it except for the chicken. As for the sweet tea, it was a complete mystery – it didn’t taste anything like tea, and I couldn’t even identify what drink I received. A disappointing experience overall, to say the least.

Waited over fifteen minutes after I pulled forward from the drive through. Three people placed orders in that time. They finally brought me two enormous bags of food and still didn’t get my order right. It wasn’t busy… Whatchall doin in there today? Giving me extra fries, cheese sticks, sandwiches… AND STILL NOT GETTING THE SANDWICH I WANTED…. C’mon guys. ….mozzarella sticks were good

My son and I ate here a few days ago Gena was so great!! My son couldn’t decide what he wanted to eat and she was so patient with him . Now every time we pass Arby’s he asks if we can go see his friend Gena.We got the best service for sure !!!!

Pulled up at 5 minutes too. 10:55pm store closed no acknowledgment whatsoever. Saw two employees in the store even blew one time. Still, no acknowledgement, drawer count down had begun. Store doesn’t close at 11 pm it closes around 10:45pm. Rude

Foods usually good but tonight wasn’t what we were expecting. Fries had been sitting for a while, Brisket sandwich was missing the BBQ and there was red ranch on the Beef N Cheddar after we requested it be left off. It was 30 minutes until close and I understand everyone is tired, we were just disappointed and wished we would’ve chosen 1 of the other 3 choices on our list for dinner tonight.
