Stopped in for 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches to go. I ordered on the app and when I went in I was greeted and the cashier asked me if I was picking up the order for “Matt”. I said yes and the she quickly bagged my sandwiches, added in packets of both sauces as requested and said Thank You and have a good afternoon. Service was friendly and efficient and I have always had a good experience with service at this location. When I got home my sandwiches were still hot and obviously freshly made. Overall, a very pleasant experience, as I always have at this location.

Food was great (Chicken sandwich with curly fries). Simple enough. But sweeping in the dining area while I’m eating, not cool. Dining area should be cleaned prior to closing by night staff. Not the morning shift while customers are trying to eat. I don’t need extra random dust particles and hair floating around while I eat.

I was not pleased at the service of Arby’s this time around. I’m actually quite disappointed. For it to not be busy on a Sunday afternoon, I expected my order to be fresh due to the level of service I’m used to getting. Order loaded fries, two fish deluxe sandwiches and two small blueberry lemonade. The loaded fries weren’t fresh and the fish sandwiches appeared to look ok just not fresh. I went back and just got the fresh order of loaded fries. Once I went to my destination to eat one of the sandwiches, there was fine hair in my sandwich. This is ridiculous. I would like my money back!!

I had previously rated this place 4 stars. But after my last 2 experiences it needed to be amended. I get food delivery isn’t always the best way to rate a place but the last 2 orders I placed, the driver literally waited over 20 minutes for the order as they were told it wasn’t ready. By the time they are notified it is, and it’s brought to me (literally .3 miles away) the entire order is stone cold and inedible. I know it’s my fault I keep trying, but after today I have learned my lesson. It used to be a favorite of my son’s and mine, but now I’ve spent $40 and couldn’t enjoy any of it.

This location needs LTC , they often have no ice because the machine is broken and goes broken for months, sometimes n es no AC same problem. Not a friendly place, we like some food to go, sometimes dine in, bathroom need better care we go because is the only one in this area.

New Waygu burger with bacon. Bun held everything in well. Great for a fast food change different burger change. Very filling and larger than McD’s Quarter Pounder. The sauce did not overpower the whole burger. Give it a try!

Ordered the Fish sandwich which was supposed to be on Hawaiian bread …which was my main reason for trying it….at no point did they tell me they were out. When I received the sandwich and went to ask the cashier..she was like”yeah we’re out of it. She could have mentioned it when we ordered. Also, the crinkle fries were lukewarm.
