The jamocha shake was fantastic! I waited 15 minutes in the drive through, both order of fries lukewarm, only two curly fries the rest were just hard pieces.

I stopped in and they do, in fact, have the meat. They also have fries, drinks and other wonderful things. It’s an Arbys, so either you already like them or you don’t. This seems to be a good location. The staff is helpful and the store is clean and efficient.

It’s a new store I was told but while there my best friend and I placed our orders and unfortunately the power did go out, it’s not their fault by any means. It took a little longer to get our food and others were unable to place an order. The food gave my best friend and I an upset stomach for the remainder of the day and the next day as well.

Don’t eat fast food often at all but when we do it’s Arby’s a lot of the time. The curly fries are a forever favorite. The only negative for this specific visit only was the drive thru wait was unusually long. I’m not sure if it was done on purpose or accident to compensate for this but we were given an extra sandwich which only confirms why I keep coming back.

They must save a lot on food costs. While the food is good and the service is wonderful, there was barely any food on the bread. The chicken salad sandwich had entire bites of just bread. Tasty, I just wish they weren’t so stingy.

Newly opened. Last time I was in town it was still under either renovation or newly built. I’m not from the area but work here on occasion. It’s Arby’s they have a lot more meat than they used to but I’m old fashion and got a couple roast beef’s. Being southern I also added a sweet tea and grabbed some jalapeño poppers with the berry sauce. As we were leaving there was a girl wiping down tables and cleaning them. Something you rarely ever see in this day and age. Sorry no pics but it looked good and felt good in my belly. Wife was with me. She got pretty much the same except for she got curly fries. I’ll return again.

The food was great but someone made the mistake of putting bbq sauce on top of the whipped cream of my chocolate shake & absolutely ruined it. Otherwise I would have gladly given them all 5*s. Roast beef was excellent, as always!

Me and my husband eat at Arby’s almost every weekend. I ordered a slider like I always do for the first time it came with a chicken nugget on it so it was a one bite wonder. When I showed the cashier he said sorry and that was it. We ordered another one that came after we were done eating. I don’t know if they got a new manager but she sucked as I’m waiting over 10 min for the slider a elderly woman came in very upset with her sandwich all they told her was I’m sorry no resolution she left very upset. I drive out of my way to come to the Palm Bay rd store sad that people can get ripped off like this and the manager was very rude and not very friendly with the elderly woman. Sham on you blue haired mama get. The staff this weekend was so so so unfriendly.

Long wait to place order. Two lanes in use but first lane was taking their orders every two cars and second lane only one. Order was finally placed with the two of $7.00. Ordered one fish and one roast beef. When I approached the window, cashier repeated my order stated this special only comes spicy roast beef. Didn’t understand that at all. When I mentioned that I cannot eat spicy, , she added 3 more dollars to the bill for a regular roast beef. This should be noted on your menu board and even on your web site that I could not find only spicy with this special. Photo shows regular and spicy. I canceled my ordered and made lunch for myself and my wife at home. This was my first visit to your fast food establishment and unfortunately lost my interest in returning.
