ordered off uber eats, my food was t ready for 45 minutes, it was 11 at night ok not busy hours but whatever, i ordered a 9 pc nugget meal, 2 cookies, and they only gave me 6 nuggets which were so rock hard i couldn’t eat, 1 cookie, no straw for my drink, and no sauce or anything like i ordered.. on top of that my bag wasn’t properly sealed by arby’s . very disappointing because i this was my plan b meal for tonight as plan a failed, i’m hungry tired and now very disappointed. do better arbys

FIRST OFF this place does great for the amount of workers they have. Anytime I’ve ever visited this location in the evening they only have one cook in the back, and to see him get out dine in orders, drive through orders, and online orders by himself at such a fast pace is nothing short of amazing. I commend the cooks because reading these reviews it seems most forget the conditions fast food workers are expected to work in. I worked fast food when I was in highschool and if I would have been the only cook in a restaurant trying to beat the dinner rush I would have drowned. Bravo Arby’s cooks, you deserve more.

I recently ate at this location and ordered the number five which is a chicken bacon Swiss combo. I was eating my sandwich and it was hot on the outside, but on the inside of the sandwich, it was raw. I took the rest of the sandwich back, and they asked me if I wanted another sandwich. I said no I just wanted a refund. Hours later still throwing up, still feeling nauseous I just think that this is ridiculous, and disgusting as you can see in the pictures.

Roast chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. This place usually has the best pristine looking sandwich and tasting good. However, the last couple times I’ve come through and the sandwich is not put together it’s thrown together and you get chopped up pieces of cheese not even a slice. Not sure what is happening because I used to write this place a 5 and now I’m giving it a 3 . I will drive through in a couple weeks and see if anything has changed. Hopefully it has going to stay positive.

The customer service is not up to par. My fries was cook first and then once they got to me of course it was cold. The sandwich was ok but I was made about my curly French fries being that they were the only reason I went there in the first place.

This place has THE WORST people working here … From the managers to the cooks … The So Called manager on shift had a horrible attitude.. slamming stuff around and cursing. The guys working were more worried about putting the football game on than making orders.

I’m definitely a repeat customer. Great mozzarella sticks. The happy hour special is a great deal (2pm-5pm: $1 each—ANY Slider, Small Fries, Small Drink, Cookie, Small Shake). I’m not a fan of the roast beef Arby’s is famous for, but I like a lot of their other menu items. Try the Corned Beef Slider. 🙂
