This is a nice restaurant conveniently located near Walmart. The wood decor is amazing and homely. My order for a Wagyu steakhouse burger came in about ONE MINUTE. Definitely a ring-the-bell place for atmosphere, friendliness and customer service.

We ordered from the drive thru and my wife asked for crinkle fries and got curly fries. She asked for a smokehouse brisket sandwich and got two or three small strips of roast beef full of fat. It liked like less than half of the meat shown on the ads. So much for “We’ve got the meats.”

I tried to order through the app but it kept saying items weren’t available. The app was going to give me a free slider w/my order & I couldn’t complete my order. So we went through the drive-thru, told them what happened, & they honored the free slider. EXCEEDINGLY EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you SO MUCH!!! We’ll DEFINITELY be back.

Normally have good experience at Arby’s. Decided to go for a Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich , because the got the Meats. Well for over $10 for the meal let just say that except for the Bacon and Cheese the sandwich is no different than a BK value Crispy or Wendy’s $1.99 Chicken Sandwich. I’m Thankful to God I can eat , don’t get me wrong, just do not find it fair price for their’ Got the meat’ chicken Sandwich

I remember why I don’t go to Arby’s anymore my buffalo chicken wrap hade huge chunks of chicken not cut up hardly any lettuce or veggies and the buffalo sauce was pouring out of my wrap I had to throw away my food it was wasted money . . .dr pepper machine and cola machine did not work right either dr pepper was pure syrpe no carbination really and cola was almost clear.
