Ordered takeout online. Some items were discontinued despite ability to order online. They do not refund onsite. Spent an hour with customer service not to mention drove over there. You think for my efforts they could have given me a shake, turn over etc for my inconvenience and to save a customer. No, saving customers are no longer a concern with corporate. Two weeks later still waiting for refund. Ridiculous

I’m not giving 5-star to Arby’s BUT, The several times that I’ve been here The service has been very very friendly. Slightly slow but friendly. I will trade fast for friendly any day. Their Jalapeno poppers (with bronco berry of course) are the best!

I can’t really rate the food because I was never served or taken care of. They had three employees there wanted to drive through one was a cook and the other one was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I waited 15 minutes and my order wasn’t even taken. So we ended up walking out. I’m giving the atmosphere two stars because at least it was clean.

All I wanted was to get some Jalapeño bites. Came here at about 1040. Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to finally take my order. Then had to pull into parking and waited almost 10 more minutes for food. No customers inside, no other cars in the drive thru. Girl comes out wordlessly hands me my food and walks away.

At 150pm. The druve thru attendant is the rudest human being i have ever met in my life. You may want t o look into replacing this person. Food was great as usual. We had a couple of regular roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. Hot and delicious. The wait time in the drive thru was about 15 mins. We were in a hurry and had stopped to grab a quick bite on the way but ended up waiting longer than if we had gone inside and ate there.
