August 12 and 13, 2023 I ordered online and picked up my order at 5:30pm. By far this has been the best online ordering experience I have ever had! The restaurant was clean, employees friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh and order accurate! I will be back!

When this place is good it’s good but when it’s bad it’s really bad. This is the third time I’ve given them a chance to make things right in the past month or so with our orders. This is absolutely ridiculous you pay almost $15 a meal now and this is what you get. They rip you off with your drinks, your side items, and your meals. About the only thing good I have to say is the people are friendly and the service is good. But boy do they try and rip you off on your food big-time.

My sister-in-law and I were here just this past week and we DoorDash. We had an order come through DoorDash on 2 separate occasions for Arby’s. The first night, the order came through just after 10pm. We pull up to the drive-thru and explain to the voice through the drive-thru speaker we are there to pick up a DoorDash order. The voice on the other side of the speaker explains that they do not take DoorDash orders once the lobby closes at 10pm and claims she doesn’t have anything on her screen for DoorDash. The second night, we get an order at 9:30 pm and pull up just a few minutes later and the doors are locked so we pull up to the drive-thru and again explain we have a DoorDash order. The woman on the other end of the speaker tells us this time that they quit taking DoorDash orders at 9:30pm and there is nothing on her screen. We explain to her our issue from the previous night and she tells us she can’t help us because there is nothing on her screen. Y’all need to fix your equipment or update your hours on the DoorDash app.

Lunch stop with my mom . Any time spent with her is great. I never forgot we only have one. The drive thru here is always busy. Inside the dining room has been updated and is very nice. Wheelchair seating is available, group and smaller tables as well.
