Great experience there today. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh and great. Tried the new smokehouse burger. It was great. The meat looked as if it was made by hand and thrown on a grill in someone’s backyard not the thin frozen patties most fast food joint use. Again the young guy at the window was hands down one of the nicest people. He was courteous and informative about our order.

I went in to pick up an order for the lunch bunch and they had everything timed perfectly and was bagging it up as I walked in. Very friendly and helpful employees. They even carried everything to my car for me. Restrooms were very clean and tidy.

Without a doubt the number one Arby’s in Alabaster. Food is always hot, and I have never encountered this location running out of it’s main sell point, roast beef, like the other Arby’s in Alabaster. I asked for additional sauces, and the worker was provided with a smile.
