was going to get a orange creme shake for my wife. I asked for it after waiting two minutes for them to answer the drive thru speaker. I wasn’t sure what he said initially other than “we aren’t doing that today”. when I asked what he said they clean the shake machine on Sundays. I usually go to the promenade location because every time I come to this location the shake machine is down or being cleaned. By the way it’s 700 pm it says they close at 1 am. I thought this was Arby’s not McDonald’s! the little girl who brought out the food was nice though!

The 2 Young ladies in the drive thru didn’t put any straws napkins or sauce in the bag and when we knocked on the window to get her attention she held her finger up and told us to hold on and we waited at least 5-8 minutes before she came to the window. And she wasn’t helping another customer she was holding conversation with her coworker

This is my 5th time and the last time i gave Arby’s a chance. $13 brisket meal was nothing else but $2 meal. One thin sliced piece of brisket, cold as refrigerated, slice of cheese cold and 2lb of sauce. Nasty sandwich. Large fries are always size of a kid meal. No more for me.

Went to try that Wagu burger. I walked up to the counter and waited for approximately 3 minutes for someone to take my order. No one ever took my order. Ii made eye contact with 3 people behind the counter. No one ever offered to take my order. I eventually walked over to a neighboring restaurant where I was served.

Horrible service the short white lady pretty much threw our shake at my wife she was mad cause we waited for over three mins with no one in line before someone took our order. I saw things on Facebook about this location but I’ve never had to much issue besides them forgetting to put sauce in the bag etc. now I understand why this location is so talked about, I’ll find another location from here on out.

Took several minutes to be acknowledged at the drive-thru, received the wrong sandwich and please fix the drive thru by the pick up window, it’s ridiculously torn up, someone is going to pop a tire, this place has really gone down.
