This place is very nice on the interior and a great place to sit down to eat. The service can be pretty slow but the food always comes out hot. Just know if you’re stopping by it could take a while, but otherwise its a good meal!

They make the shake first,put on the counter and order took about twenty more minutes to come to the counter.I then asked if I could my sprite and the girl say had to get it in the back.Before that while trying to pay with a 50.00 she had to go to the back twice.When shen was trying to give me my change she couldn’t pick it up because of her long fake green nails.I don’t think that that anyone with that long of nail should been working with food! Got out to car the sandwiches were cold ,the fries were hot,the shake was melted and my drink was all carbonated water .If I hadn’t already paid after taking so long I would have left.Never again!,,

Went through the drive thru ordered two chocolate shake, which I’ve had before from this Arby’s, get home and it’s not chocolate, it’s vanilla, which I don’t mind vanilla, but chocolate is my favorite. I called and was told that the chocolate is chocolate, it’s just a faint of chocolate…BS!!! I won’t be returning to this one, especially if I have to get lied to, very disappointed.

I went to arbys today for lunch. After I had ordered and got to the window I realized I didn’t have my debit card on me nor did I have any cash on me. I let the girl at the window know and apologized and her reply was “you some money or something?” And I was like “I don’t have any cash but is there a way to punch my card # in because I knew it by heart.” She left and a man came to the window to ask me what happened. So I told him the whole spill. This man ended up being the manager, John, (I didn’t know till after I came back to pay and asked) and he told me they had to have the card but he was going to let me take my meal and when I could come back to pay I could pay then. I went back to work and got my card and came back to pay. When I showed back up he said “you didn’t have to come back immediately.” This man was SO NICE to me and I am so thankful for what he did for me today!

Don’t have but one thing to say, you’re getting like another restaurant when it comes to your shakes, I’m pretty sure you know the one I’m talking about. Your new ranch sandwich is awesome, don’t like big pieces of lettuce though. Awesome restaurant though.
