I don’t enjoy giving negative reviews but the service was awful. There were flies everywhere and it felt like the AC wasn’t working. I ordered curly fries and a shake. Shake was good but the fries were literally cold and stale.

I ordered the turkey bacon wrap. The wrap was so hard that it made me lose my appetite. I literally didn’t even take one single bite. Just a total waist of my money. Seems like they made this wrap yesterday and it sat there all night out in the air. Do better people! Ask for all this money an hour, so this kind of food shouldn’t be handed out the window!

Inside the building was real cold feels like you were in a freezer. Got some potatoe cakes and they were past well done. Had to ask for arby’s sauce. The people that work here were nice that is the only reason why I left 2 stars.

The service was bad! I had a friend go to the Arby’s in Northport and get the new fish stick meal. He got it to my home which is 8 miles from this Arby’s. I opened the bag and it had 2 fish sticks and old greasy curly fries. Tried to call this Arby’s and the phone has been busy for over 1 hour. We would like to get our money back and it also includes a over done roast beef! So dissatisfied with this Arby’s.. He told them he wanted the meal and this is what we got above. He was told that was the meal. I was expecting what was seen on the TV as a new item with fish and krinkle fries. I thought your logo was “We have the meats” We were promised a free one from the company and never was given one. This was from Arby’s home office and they were to get back with me and never did.
