I have been in the restaurant business for 15-20 years, and I am currently an Assistant General Manager at a local restaurant in town. I have to say this is probably one of the worst experiences I have had at this establishments First off I waited in the drive-through for what seemed like forever they put me on hold, then, when I got to the window, the lady that took my money left the window open, and all I heard was screaming and hollering, yelling, laughing. It was just kind of loud shouldn’t be more customers could hear. Then once I got home, my order was not right. This is the probably second or third chance I’ve given this specific Arby’s location and it just seems I can’t get it right. I think they need new employees new management for sure because the things that were going on at this establishment, I would never ever have going on at my restaurant, I would be courteous, respectful and this was not that. I am not one to leave bad reviews. In fact, this is probably my first review ever because I know just how hard it is to come back sometimes from a bad review, so I really hope that whoever read these reviews and all the other bad reviews because there’s not many good reviews I hope they take it very seriously and do some very heavy changes at this establishment. Like I said, start with management because if you had good management, experienced management, your employees wouldn’t be doing the things that they were doing. Hope this helps. Thanks!

I was hoping since they remodeled the food would improve, why would you spend all that money to serve hard chicken fingers and cold fries, do you really think that’s what people want for $10. The management at this restaurant definitely needs to be terminated. I don’t care about how fast the service is or how new the building is, I want hot fresh food. All I can say is that the employees there have no pride in their job and should be ashamed of the awful food they put out.

Went through the drive thru while ordering our food, I could hear another person in the background repeatedly say no to anything I was asking about. Paid for our food, when we were given our food, the drive thur the cashier stated they didn’t have all of the stuff I ordered. When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn’t give me one or that I couldn’t get a receipt. The manager wouldn’t even come speak to me. I will not be back to any Arby’s.

GHOST WITH TOAST
Roast beef dry, fries and mozzarella sticks been fried over and over. They gave it to me so quick like they were trying to get rid of leftovers from their fryer.

Waited 10 mins in Drive thru. Ordered the 3 piece hush puppy breaded fish. I opened the box and had to laugh at the size. One McDonald’s Xbox nugget is the same size. They are nothing as advertised. The lady was nice but we won’t be back.
