First time in this Arby’s and the food was good. I tried the orange creamsicle shake for the first time, and it was really good. I also tried the mozzarella sticks and nuggets bites & they were both better then Burger Kings! The lobby needed to be picked up just a little but the employees took care of that quickly and the restaurant was clean. The employees were nice and I plan on going back!

Ordered the new Brisket sandwich today and it was phenomenal. Seriously one of the best sandwiches of my life. Did not expect that from an Arby’s. We got it via Doordash and the food was mostly right and was really good except for expectable: slightly cold fries, one fry was the wrong kind (crinkle vs curly) etc.

Make sure you know EXACTLY what you’re getting. We wanted the 2 for $7 roast beef sandwiches. We ordered 2 regular sandwiches. We ended up spending $9 for 2 plain sandwiches. No mayo. Just meat and bread .

Girl took my order and first off was very rude. Then I get to the window and I had ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a shake. She said very rudely all you had to do was say you wanted the combo (I didn’t know you could do that with a shake) and she said but since you didn’t I didn’t make it a combo. And with her extra long fingernails she practically shoved my food at me. Another experience was a shift manager slammed my tray down on my table at me and my husband. Yes. She was horribly rude too. And another time we came and the building was locked and we wanted to sit in and eat and the doors were locked and they just stood their looking at us while on their cell phones looking at us like we were stupid and so we caught the drift that only drive thru was open. Needless to say we went to cox creek Arbys and believe me when I say the service is 100% better. Out of our way but better.
