A lot to improve at this location. No lids, no napkins, no sauce. Floor is sticky. 2 managers working the shift and nothing getting addressed. No greet when ready to order. Felt like zombies were working the shift. Bad bad bad. Wonder how many patrons have rang that bell. I know I won’t be.

They made us pull up to give us fresh fries. The fries we were given were clearly old(dark and stale) and tasted microwaved. We ordered market fresh sandwiches and they all had hard edges to the bread as if they had been pre made and refrigerated. On top of the hard bread all of our sandwiches came with a tiny amount of turkey. Our sandwiches weren’t even cut. We will not be back.

Arby’s I’ve got a beef. I would be concerned If I owned the Hazel Green store (in a chain known for selling roast beef sandwiches, with a slogan like, “We’ve got the meat”) if my customers were being told “we are out of roast beef because SOMEONE didn’t do their job.” It happened October 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm, a college football Saturday night. Other market fresh selections were also unavailable because your store was out of other meats too. As I ordered, the driver of a pick-up truck which had been waiting in the (lengthy) drive-thru line showed his displeasure by stopping to lay on his horn beside a car waiting at the window in frustration. In addition, the floor inside near the drink station was a sticky mess. The condiment counter space was sloppy with dried on goo and soda as well. Another customer was told it would be at least 10 minutes before his order would even be ready. So much for “fast food.” On a seperate visit, the $9.00 I spent on a brisket was wasted money. There was way more bun than brisket. It certainly didn’t look anything like the brisket sandwich exploding with meat on the signboard. Even the bun it came served in had a chunk out of it as seen in the pictures. These were two, less than satisfying experiences.

I didn’t catch the manager name this morning, but she was a brunette. But she did a wonderful job, my food was hot and fresh and ready in no time!!!!!! Every time I come to this location my food is always hot and fresh!! Five stars!!

Arby’s in Hazel Green had two cars in the drive through outside. Inside, there were 5 employees and zero customers. Dirty filthy tables with the previous customer’s napkins still on table. 3 huge clear glass pendant lights coated in grease and dust hung over table. Basketball game blaring on t.v. and employees and Mngr said they aren’t allowed to change the station. French dip had very little meat and the aujus sauce was room temp, extremely watered down with little flavor. We won’t be back.

I went to Abby’s Roast Beef in Hazel Green on 11-1-22. I order 2 Steak burgers . The cashiers said that they did not have any bacon for the burger. Did I still wanted the burger. I ask the cashier nicely if he is giving a discount since they are out of bacon. He said the register want let them give discount. So I asked nicely can I get a fry are something . He rudely told me to go someone else and get me a burger.

Arbys in Hazel Green is pitiful. They need to shut down if they are going to have service the way they do! Whoever owns this chain really needs to check on their store. I’ve never had a good experience and I always try to wait a few months before I go or don’t go at all. Unfortunately I decided to give them another chance tonight. I went around 5:30pm. The card machine was down so I could only use cash. That was no problem. I asked for fresh fries and was given a half empty cold fry. I asked again nicely could I have fresh fries I guess they thought I was slow because they must’ve warmed them up in the microwave and kept the old ones at the the bottom. I don’t know service was horrible and the manager or whoever was there excuse was “it’s fast food”. I was the only customer. Sad I will just travel to Huntsville and I suggest if you want good quality food you do the same!
