My boyfriend went through drive-thru and ordered 2 #1’s and a kids meal and when my boyfriend got to the window they told him to pull up and park to wait for cheese sticks if your gonna pull someone up for fresh cheese sticks makes sure they have fresh fries two these fries are so nasty my 2 year old that usually devours everything would not touch any of her food because it was old cold and nasty our food usually is when we get from here

Employees are never focused on the customers. Always a bunch of loud girls giggling for attention while they serve you old cold food and it’s not even what you ordered. Talk to the manager you get treated like it was your fault

It was almost like my birthday yesterday … I went to one Arby’s to get a jamocha shake their shake machine was broke, I thought I had made a mistake and pulled up at McDonald’s but it was indeed Arby’s….. I made it to the next one down the road ordered my large jamocha shake, and they were having trouble with cash for some reason I had a card but they didn’t want it so they gave me the shape for free…. I didn’t want it for free I wanted to pay for it but the guy just said it was my lucky

They’re usually alright in my experience, but the past couple of years have been awful. To charging me extra and refusing to give a receipt at the window resulting in me getting a free meal, to the countless times I’ve gotten food from there cooked in nasty, disgusting old, frying oil. Food covered in burnt crumbs, tasting like week old oil. And now they don’t even leave their store phone turned on to tell them reasonably that they should change their cooking oil. This is a trash Arby’s now. Don’t stop in Albertville for it. I live across the road so believe me, I was fairly regular before the lack of work ethic and management.

Most Arby’s are consistent, as is this one. I like the new sliders. Arby’s has always been more expensive than other fast food joints, in my experience. I have noticed a change in their roast beef sandwiches, no more big ole sesame seed buns just regular size and less meat on the regular roast beef sandwich. Just like all other food joints, less food for the money.
