Never even ate here. Walked in and used the restroom which was in desperate need of a cleaning. No soap in the soap dispenser. Walked out of the restroom and noticed how the rest of the restaurant was extremely dirty as well. Dirty floors, windows and doors. Decided not to order because if they can’t keep the places clean the customer sees, what does it look like in the back. Very disappointing.

Awesome service and food was fresh and hot. The woman working the drive thru was busting her butt. She was taking orders, walking out to the dining room to fill drinks, and walking food out to the drive thru customers all with a smile. The woman working the cash register was efficient and friendly. Great service for my family of 5 on spring break from Illinois.

Terrible. This Arby’s always screws something up or leaves something out. This time didn’t get straws and half the order. No one’s there, middle of the day, how hard is it to and the dip with the French dip…it’s half the meal. Not going again, it’s a pattern of terrible service I don’t want to fund any longer.

We were staying at The Backyard RV Resort and this Arby’s (#06531, 5/5/23 at 5:55pm….hmmm…maybe I should buy a lottery ticket) is a short distance away, so we walked over. There were cars in the drive-through, and one person waiting for their food inside. Two employees (one preparing the food, the other waiting on in-person customers and the drive-through window. Two more separate customers walked in after us. The 2 employees were phenomenal. They let us know they would be with us shortly, then proceeded to take care of everyone kindly, orderly and efficiently. Ms/Mr Arby’s, please give these two a raise!

I was the only car in line and I waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich that was hard as a rock and cold. My fries was fresh but it was the leftovers from the bottom of the bag. My sprite was flat, it tasted like water. Very unsatisfied.

Watched as a drive thru cashier ate from a customers bag… threw food she was holding in her hand back in the bag… a dad then gave that food to his kid i know fast food is a tough industry to work in but that’s completely inexcusable
