The staff is very polite and helpful. The cashier went out of her way to assist me. I will definitely purchase food from here again. The meal was hot, and the cook asked me what type of fries I desired. The eating area was clean, and the restroom was well attended to.

What a nice change from the Arby’s I had gone to in other states. Clean, helpful, smiles all around! Their Arby’s sandwich still isn’t the one I remember from 50 years ago, sigh. I guess I will have to let them pass on that. I still like the classic. It just looks so gloomy. Why is the bread wrinkled like it is partially soggy?

Stopped by Wendy’s first. Long slow drive thru. Plus the lobby was closed. Arby’s drive thru went smooth and quick. Food was hot, and lobby was open. I guess the service was better due to a more mature staff. No young staff members. Price a little higher, but worth it. Time and service is more important.

I LOVE ❤️ ARBY’S the food be fresh service be wonderful and the lemonade is my favorite, but my recent experiences at the ARBY’S on the Eastern boulevard my sandwiches have been poorly made to many times on different occasions, even when i doordashed it recently which made me say no , i can’t do it no more it be the smallest thing. Recently my sandwiches haven’t been having any bacon on them , when i ask for no onions they ether put them on one side or the whole sandwiches with them still wrong both ways , 2 when i ask for extra meat and bacon or even just 1 i have no extra meat and no bacon and that makes me so upset cause i have my mouth fixed for it. This has happened over 3 times and it to much . Again i love ARBY’S ❤️ but i love my sandwiches more and my money , the kitchen needs to pay more attention and look at the screens

I absolutely love this restaurant. My mom and I fell in love with the roast beef sandwich at Hardee’s years on top of years ago. After Hardee’s discontinued theirs we tried Arby’s & have never gone back even when Hardee’s actually began selling the roast beef sandwiches again. We order the same thing & have never once been disappointed in the service nor the food.
