Went to Arby’s yesterday (Saturday 7/8/23). Doors were locked. Employees were inside – one appeared to be looking at her phone. I knocked on the window but was ignored. After 10 minutes I went somewhere else. Arby’s has great food but not being open on time and having employees inside just hanging around is not acceptable. And the last 2 times I was there I found the floor sticky. Better attention to creating a clean restaurant needed.

Just had to write a review! Our employees have been working on Fairhope Ave and I had a order for 7 people. The employees at Arby’s did an amazing job today they bagged everything in individual bags with names on them and put it all in a box for me!! Just great customer service!!!

At this location, I can say that you have some of the nicest ladies and best customer service around. For example I was a little short on the food I ordered, I made a mistake and left my card at home. They were so nice that they took care of it for me! I tried to pay her back once I got my card and she refused to take it! Made my day!

It’s great to see the quality of the food and service get back to what we used to see. Food was great and drive thru time was greatly improved. This location has been challenged finding good help since Covid-19. The owner/operator has been struggling to keep things going. Great to see all the hard work and sacrifice is paying off. i came here for the first time after moving to fairhope i came for lunch even got something for later went to put it in the little oven to warm it up (still fully wrapped) opened it to take a bite and pulled out a long hair all the way wrapped in my beef and felt it string out .. i didnt care enough to call and complain because i will NOT be eating here again and to mention customer service in the morning is not very friendly.

Went for dinner tonight. I will include pictures of the large fries we paid for. None had been eaten before the pictures were made. Also, did not receive the dressing for my side salad. The cup of cheese I paid for to dip the fries in was barely half full. Very disappointed in the order overall. They were also out of diet coke. I ended up with lemonade that was ok at best.
