Really bad today. I ordered the number one and they messed it up multiple times. The fries were cold, and the roast beef had a weird taste and was not hot. Also I ordered a double, when they corrected it (the second time) they gave me a single. It was right at the switchover from breakfast to lunch.

Never had Arby’s breakfast so I decided to get the chicken biscuit combo! Biggest mistake ever the biscuit was not up to standard I work 12 hr shift work so you can imagine my face when I saw this biscuit very disappointed! I was going to give them 2 ⭐️⭐️ but I decide to go back to grab me a meal for lunch !! I ordered the roasted Turkey bacon ranch club sandwich it was so delicious ! This is not the reason why I change my mind from giving them 2 ⭐️⭐️ to 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was because each and every time that I went back the drive thru customer service was excellent ! Their employees have great customer service experience and they know how to greet their customers coming and leaving!!!! Keep the excellent job !

I have 30 minutes to eat lunch. I just left without food because the person kept telling me they’d be with me in a moment. I stood there for 10 minutes. Wasted my lunch time waiting. Another time, as soon as I walked in the door an employee named Roxanne decided she wanted to run up to the counter so she could order before me. Then proceeded to talk for 10 minutes and fiddle around in her purse looking for change to pay with. I will not be back. And I will NOT GO TO YOUR LINK TO SAY THIS AGAIN. Screw Arby’s and Loves. They both suck. Loves doesn’t even carry my drinks that are literally EVERYWHERE ELSE.

The food was my main focus. The older lady at Arby’s dropped my potatoe cakes in the grease without gloves. I understand that hot grease kills germs. But when you have a mask on your face. Why would you touch food with your your bare hand and serve them! Come on people. Is it my skin? Bruh. I’m done with the loves.

Went in behind several truck drivers that had big orders and these guys busted it out like champs!! The fries were hot amd fresh, Christian the young man that helps me was so very sweet and helpful, and made sure I had my whole order.

The wife and I decided to try the market fresh wraps for the 1st time, and honestly, a very sad disappointment. Only because the genius on the makeline decided to use the oldest nuggets that person had. My kids got fresher nuggets then we got. I wonder if the person making that wrap would of used the same nuggets for him or herself? I seriously doubt it!!!!

I sat here for a few minutes before someone asked me to hold on and twenty minutes later she can on to take my order. I asked for original loaded curly fries three times and she still did the chicken crinkle fries and then she argued with me and told me I only said loaded fries. I said original loaded curly three times. And then when she handed my card back, she barely stuck her hand out the window and made me stretch for it. It took thirty five minutes to get one combo. There was one person in front of me and one one front counter.
