Never disappointed when I visit Robertsdale Arby’s. I have recently been getting the Chicken wrap and it’s soooo good. The wrap is big too and I can only eat half so I basically get 2 meals in one. Big Thumbs Up here!

We went in the drive thru and we got the French dip sandwiches that come with the sauce. we we got our cups with the sauce there way barley enough to cover the bottom of the cup. When we called the person who answered the phone was extremely rude.(I was not upset I was calling to let them know incase it happened to someone else). I get that business is busy but there is no need to be rude to paying customers for making them aware of a situation. They were also rude about telling me to use the coupon on the speaker and not the window once again no need to yell at people for something like that. I didn’t know I had the coupon. I said “Yes ma’am I’m sorry about that” and got the window slammed in my face. Maybe they just have the wrong people in management.

We only ordered two sandwiches but they charged us with an additional sandwich. Did not know until we were too far away to go back. Fries were cold and soggy and tasted as if they had no seasoning/salt on it. Very bland.

Fast friendly service, always have my orders made perfectly, hot and fresh. <~~ this was my previous review.. I'd have kept it that high, but when I got home today everything was good, except for my large fry was barely even halfway.. see picture below... Not sure how i orderered a large and got this..pretty upsetting I'll be switching to gulf shores Arby's if this happens again..
