My family stopped at this location for lunch during a family outing. I had a coupon for discounted kids meals. The coupon stated I could get up to three kids meals for 1.99 and did not have any other stipulations listed with the use of the coupon other than it couldn’t be used in combination with other coupons. The manager would not honor the full coupon and would only let me get one meal for 1.99. I asked for further explanation and he simply shrugged his shoulders and told me that how he was told to do it and walked off.

The burger is too good to be temporary. Keep it year round. Jas and Crystal are terrific. Food is good, service is great and the place is usually nice and clean. Arby’s has improved a lot by adding the BWW food. Now they just need to keep the burger !!!!

This place sucks..we have come here a total of 3 times and all 3 have been bad experiences. 3 strikes your out! First time they didn’t have chicken for the club sandwich had to select something different. 2nd time it was closed at 8p when it said they were open til 11p. 3rd time they closed at 6p saying that their system was down and couldn’t take orders but when we drove past the drive thru window the screens were on. I think these people hired here are lazy and just don’t want to work and it’s very poorly managed. We will never be back!

A bunch of sweet people work here. I’m used to fast food experiences (outside of Chick Fila) to be less than stellar. This location steps it up. The food was hot, fresh and fast. The facility is sanitized and snazzy. Parking is easy. Service is fast. You can’t go wrong for fast food here in Gallatin.

Just like most fast food joints nowadays Arby’s is swirling the drain. Paid $18 for two combo meals and the best part of them was the coca cola. They took my order and told me to pull forward and wait on fresh fries. I specifically asked for 5 packs of Arby’s sauce as well. I get 10 minutes down the road to my home and guess what? No sauce, dry roast beef and 8 crinkle fries in each box that was NOT FRESH! Thank you Arby’s and staff for helping me make my decision to not eat fast food again.
