This place is hit or miss on quality and food temperatures. Pay good money for the brisket bacon and it’s flat as a flitter. Can I get a person who knows how to really make a 10$ sandwich look at least appetizing. This thing was light!! Sad considering how much things cost vs what you get. People are generally nice and friendly. Just wish the food was more presentable. PS do y’all ever do fresh fries at night? These things are hard and bland.

Placed my order in the drive thru and was told it would be 5 mins, no problem, waited but later when I arrived back to the office and was eating the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich I noticed the chicken was under cooked, see photo. Be careful!

I always ask for an extra cup when I go to a fast food restaurant. Double cupping in case the bottom of the cup breaks or leaks. The manager told me she could not double cup my drink because it wastes cups. She seemed to have a nasty attitude. Started once to skip the $35.00 order and go elsewhere. These are the reasons for two stars.

Ordered a lemonade with no ice, was told it only comes with light ice. I was handed a kiddie cup filled with ice. I protested and employee said those were the instructions on how lemonade was to be served! Not going there anymore. Sent complaint to their website.

We came in on a Sunday after winning a softball championship. The server gave my daughter a cookie for winning and congratulated her. La Vergne is lucky to have a staff as good as the one we were treated by!!

Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes with no response. Looked online and it said they were open until 11pm. I called and finally a lady answered, I asked if their drive thru was down to which she replied no, we are just really understaffed? The parking lot was EMPTY! I will not be eating at such a poorly managed place.

I haven’t been to Arby’s in a very long long. Typically, when I do decide to go, I get the beef and cheddar sandwich. They must have changed the bread supplier or changed the recipe. The bread didn’t taste the same and didn’t have the onion and poppy seeds either. The food was ok.
