I will never eat at Arby’s better yet no restaurant in Madison. Last night this is Arby’s is being ran by children with behavioral problems. No communication skills taking orders while they are on the cellphones. Every employee was on their phone! I was the only vehicle for about 20 minutes waiting for food. I asked where’s the food. The girl said ” I TOLD YOU TO PULL AROUND TO THE FRONT”. I clearly stated to her to check her attitude and how you talk to customers!

Used to do alright at this location. Odk whats happened there anymore. They can’t get an order right if their life depended on it.what good odds a roast beef n cheddar without cheddar?? Never eating here again. Cold food, incorrect food, no straw for my drink and no horseradish or ketchup for the combo. Higher price and shrunken sizes too ? Arbys don’t have the meats or my business anymore

Very stale fish sandwiches like that had been sitting a underlight for hours ask for crinkled and got curly fries my daughter got sick on hers I will never go back fries didn’t have any salt on then taste bad. Went through the drive thru. Workers asked me to pull around to wait on food. There is a massive pothole you can not avoid. Pulled around no problem. They didnt give me sauce . Non problem again I can walk in. Good thing I already had my food and didnt go in to order because I would NOT have eaten there. The place was absolutely disgusting!! The floors have NOT been cleaned properly in some time Id say and it smelled like cockroaches!! Yes over abundance of cockroaches have a smell!! Needless to say 26 dollars in food went into the trash. And the pic is of my chciken sandwhich!!! Fricken disgusting!!! 9 dollar sandwhich.. Completely burnt…
