According to the employees the GM “Tanya” is complaining about how I drive through the drive through. My vehicle is right hand drive. If I don’t come through the drive through in reverse I have to put the car in park. Get out of the car and walk around to obtain my food. I have driven through hundreds of drive throughs like this without a single issue. So congratulations Tanya. I will never come to your location again. The frys were cold and my sauce was missing for my French dip anyways. Place honestly could use a good cleaning too. The Arby’s in Lebanon is a much better location. Don’t waste your time here. As a paying customer. I think I deserve at the very least respect. Not a rude and disrespectful manager yelling at me through the window because of how I drive through. Without any incidents may I add.

“Out of lettuce” I feel like that was a strategy so that everyone just orders a beef and cheddar. So that’s what I ordered and it was cold! The lady at the window gave me a bunch of “ummmm hmm”. Super rude.

The manager was very nasty to me. I was trying to get my mother to make up her mind and the manger taking order cursed at how long it was taking. And while trying to place order she kept over talking me, therefore order was incorrect. I asked if she could put on fresh bread as it is always hard and she got very ugle and told me she had the right to refuse my order. When I went inside I was called a funky b….h and she wasn’t too going to serve me. Now my mother had stage 4 lung cancer with 3 months to live and wanted an arbys but I will never go back there. And oh I told Joey the lady manager I was taking her pic to send to management she went plumb nuts
