This place is a joke. I went through the drive thru and got two beef and cheddars. But when I got home it was nothing but crums, no slices of meat at all, and to top it off they put them on sesame seed buns. The beef n cheddar doesn’t come on a sesame seed bun. And I have diverticulitis so the seeds aren’t doable for me. So it was a complete waste of time and money for me

I’ve eaten here many times. They are open till midnight, which is very convenient. However, their service is rancid during the daytime. From missing items to poor attitudes and stale food, the list seems to get longer when I visit during the day. However, the night crew is the only reason I keep coming back they are always on point on everything, rain or moonlight, even annoyingly near close. Everything is always right and fresh.

Our order was all they way messed up and they left 2 sandwichs out we live way out in Lafayette so it’s not like we can turn around and fix it . Orderer a regular blueberry drink he said he missed it charged us 3.05 to fill the cup with ice and then the drink about a half inch below the top like thanks for the 3oz buddy . $45 for nothing thanks guys. You’d be better off finding somewhere else depressing when you love Arby’s and don’t have it localy

The food was good but it would of been nice to have all the food in the bag after being at the hospital for so long and you was hungry and you ordered food to eat because it was to late to go home to cook them you get going down the road and come to find out all your food wasn’t in the bag I’m not going to drive all the way back to Portland from Westmoreland we just lost money and didn’t get all are food the workers need to slow down and make sure everything is right

Simple request of a #5 (chicken, bacon, swiss) with no tomatoes and a dr pepper to drink. I waited five minutes at the speaker to take my order, I then waited another ten to receive my order… with tomatoes. Glad my allergies have subsided over the years… or this bite of tomatoe could’ve shut this Arby’s down for good!
