Ordered Double classic Roast beef with curly fries & swapped drink for shake for hubby. I ordered Classic French dip combo w/curly fries,Jamocha shake in place of drink. Requested 4 Arby’s sauce packets. Told could give: was too many for der. Asked for 3 said ok. At window asked if giving me Arby’s sauce packets. Told with attitude Yes they’re in the bag. Even asked please make sure fries are fresh & hot.Told they are. Got home and order got had Zero 0 sauce packets,Cold Hard old fries. Tasted 2 hours old! Shame nobody Has any Pride in products or work anymore. Used to love them

went through the drive through and waited 5 mins for them to take my order. pulled up to the window to order and the girl with brown hair and brown eyes with a claw clip in had a really bad attitude. they messed up all 3 of our burgers too.

Can’t answer a phone for anything apparently. Just needed to call about an online order placed and called several times to have no one answer whatsoever. Customer service isn’t that great at all if they can’t even answer the phone for something super trivial. Eventually had to just call customer service hotline and get a refund.

I love Arby’s especially their turkey sandwich or gyro. It’s a light and refreshing meal on hot days but I do switch up between their fries depending on my mood. I went there a week or so ago and they were out of turkey so I genuinely got a little sad because I rarely switch up my orders of frequented places. Instead I ordered their nuggets and I only ended up eating a few because they were too thick of a cut and tasted off.
