Just went through the drive through, there was one guy taking all the orders, ringing up, and handing out food and he was rubbing back and forth between the inside and window. Felt bad for the guy but at least he was still nice. They definitely need more staff because the food I got was terrible. My Mac and cheese was cold/frozen on the inside and luke-warm on the outside, and I ordered a plain classic sandwich meal but they put sauce and cheese all over it. So the only thing I could eat from my whole meal was the fries…won’t be returning for sure to this location. Which is a shame cause I love Arby’s.

I’d love me some fresh and good arbys but I find this place is not consistent. At times I am blow away with warm crispy fries and hot roast beef. Other times I feel like my order was just sitting in the back away from the heatlamps for 30 mins and then someone says “HEY, that bags got his order in it!”. 30 min old soggy bun flat fries. It means some staff care and the others down right dont care. Should be simple to figure out it but i’ll not be back to this location, much better meals in the area for 13-15 dollars.

My beef and cheddar looked like it was filled with meat from bottom of pan, small stringy pieces.Wife’s beef and cheddar was made with 2 bottom buns , not onion bun. Fries also filled with small crunchy pieces. Never going back. This location used to be good.

Every time I go to the drive thru I sit for at least 3-5 minutes, sometimes longer, before anyone comes over the speaker to take my order. Other than that no problems at all.

Did not put alot on my sandwich of the chicken pecan sandwich. They put the sauce for sandwich in with everything and it went on everything. Fries was hard as a rock. If I could add a pic I would. I am very upset.
