The lobby is clean and in good condition. The staff was very polite and acknowledged me quickly when I walked in. My food was ready relatively quickly and was hot. The presentation of the food was appetizing. The food tasted good. I would recommend this location over some in the area. They have free wifi available. Just tried the latest cheesesteak and it was great

This was a horrible experience. Most of the time I have no problems with Arby’s. This time was an exception. I ordered online and went to pick up my food. I got there 15 minutes later to find out they haven’t started my order yet. They finally got my sandwiches made and then realized they had no fries and had to make some. While waiting another 15 minutes in the front of the store in full view of anyone in the restaurant at that time, the manager was yelling at the employees and telling people in the drive thru that they were going to have to wait to have their orders taken because she was short staffed. I don’t know how many employees they need to be fully staffed but I counted 4 plus her. Then right after that she told her employees to watch the store because she was going outside to have a cigarette while people were still waiting for their orders to be taken. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. This time I couldn’t do it. That manager was not a good representation of the company that I love to frequent.

We both ordered the gyro meal which was very tasty. We agreed that it should have had a tad more meat as compared to the other Gyros that we’ve had in this area. We also had to request additional sauce. The curly fries were tasty and not at all greasy.
