$11 for a sauerkraut sandwich that they call a Reuben. Employees were good, customer service was fine, this is a management/owner penny pinching at the cost of food quality. Fries were also filled about half way. Definitely won’t be back to this arby.

I went through the drive-thru so I don’t really have a whole lot to say about the atmosphere but the food was amazing! If you haven’t tried their white cheddar macaroni and cheese or the mac and cheese loaded, you have really been missing out! In my opinion, this is the best macaroni and cheese that you can get at a restaurant of any kind.

X employee at counter demanding check he has not received in a month. Mgr talking to current employee about walking out. Just ask for fresh curly fries which the mgr told employee they were (not even warm) I felt like we were a burden to them !!! Sad experience!!!

By far the worst experience tonight I have ever had at this Arby’s. Took 45 minutes in the drive thru and still had to park told to wait on fresh fries which were not fresh nor was my food it was cold.

Come to the Kimball one often usually go in drive thru but today first it was the card reader so I left to get cash came back and the register in drive thru was completely down so I had to go inside to order.. younger guy running register is very slow.. spent almost 30min inside in total to get a Togo.. waited 10min just for my food.. no motivation from manager and no team work to push orders out quicker.. very very slow…

I had been visiting Arby’s once a week to get my food for work. I visited one afternoon I got the special of 2 French Dips sandwiches for 7 Dollars. I gave my Discover card to pay she mistakenly thought I was the car behind me. She had charged me around 11 dollars because of been pressed for time to get to work and considering cars behind me I said I will come back one day and you can just give me an extra sandwich when I come back. They said are you sure I said yes. I have tried twice to get a beef and cheddar to be given to me when I make my regular order of two French dips. One ask if I had my receipt of paying to much another said I will have to talk to my manager. I have not seen the two workers that said they would just give me a sandwich when I come thru. It’s a shame the workers don’t believe me and need to prove myself. There is a KFC next door looks like I will be taking chicken to work.
