Staff was friendly but food was not made correctly. The roast beef wasn’t sliced instead I got thick slices of roast beef on my sandwich. I called the store to see if Arby’s has changed the way the sandwiches were made and was informed the “guy” cut the meat wrong. If the employees knew the meat was cut wrong why was it still put on the sandwich and sold?

The drive thru cashier was really nice. I ordered 2 simple buffalo sliders. Was told to pull to the handicap,it was being made fresh. Received my 2 simple sliders. The poor cook must not have wanted to be there lol. My simple sliders where Soo drenched in the sauces,they literally was coming out the paper. The bread was soggy,and to top it off. Even though I was pulled. They where cold The manager act like it was a problem,but did replace one. But not not the other which was fine. I didn’t want to be petty. But whether I’m spending 7 or 70 bucks. I want my food right.

Teenagers working there are rude. You wait 20 mins for fresh cooked frieds, and you get burnt fries. You pay for a double thru the drive thru, pull off and find they gave you a regular. I have spoke with daytime female manager, and her reply was you can’t get good help these days. I eat Arby’s at the Kimball TN store and always great. This Northgate mall store is the worst Arby’s all around.

Food here is always good, service is good like 80% of the time, sometimes they give you your bag with the fries upside down or barely filling the fries, other times it’s all gucci. That’s all pretty standard for fast food. What is insanely BELOW standard is their HORRIBLE order speaker. The road noise is already very loud, but their speaker is muffled and quiet. It’s clearly broken, and it has been for over a year. My guess is that the owner just won’t invest in updating it, which is unfortunate because there are staff who are doing their best despite being given broken tools to do their jobs. Hopefully the owner can see the value in getting the system updated or fixed, but until then kudos to the staff working with what they got

I normally only go through the drive-thru. Their services fast extremely friendly and the food has always been accurate the location depending on traffic can sometimes be a little tough to get in and out but not too bad I typically order the chicken cordon bleu or a roast beef sandwich with a drink their curly fries are amazing definitely good fast food
