Every time I go to Arby’s I say to myself that I am going to try one of their new things. Then I end up getting a regular roast beef sandwich and love it. This time I got the burger. I wish I would have gotten the roast beef. These burgers are very poor. No flavor and very dry. Even the tea was bad. The fries were ok.

I had a great experience at this Arby’s when I came by the other day for lunch. The service was great and the everything I ordered was prepared hot and fresh. The restaurant was cleaned and newly-remodeled (at least since the last time I’d come in), and they had all the sauces I needed. It was a little slow, but that was just because they had to fry up more mozzarella sticks.

Literally got there 10 till, there was a car in front of me and they took his order but when I pulled up they told me they were closed!? I then said “so you can take the guy in front of me, but not me?” Then the lady said,” well go ahead, we are fixing to close! I said don’t even worry about it! I would have been more understanding if they hadn’t took the car right in front of me and we pulled in at the same time. I’m a server in a restaurant and I know it gets frustrating right at closing time but, you are supposed to serve until your closing time.

Best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. Food came out fast and fresh! For once I didn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for a sandwich and fries! As this has been my usual experience all over the US recently.

About 2 months ago I came here and got 2 for $7 deal. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches which seemed to taste fine. However by next morning I woke up sick and threw up and got bad food poisoning. I had to miss a day of work due to this. Only thing I can think of is you all should wash your hands as I didn’t see evidence of. A few months ago I read a review saying someone got physically ill from a chicken sandwich from here.

If there was a way for me to give them a negative for there service and food I would. The store was clean but what do you expect when you have to wait in line for over 5 minutes and everyone see you and is moving at a very slow pass. The manager that finally came up to take our oder seemed mad that we were even there.

Husband ordered the Arby’s Classic – they skimped on the meat. I ordered the Chicken Salad and it was awful. Chicken tasted bad, and had no apples, pecans, or celery. It was served with shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce making it a huge mess to eat. Dr. Pepper was NOT a Dr. Pepper. Don’t recommend this location.

If you have nothing to do all day this is where you want to be! I waited over 20 minutes in a parking spot after I left the window and was there for three minutes. Absolutely ridiculous how long the wait was. I feel like I’m still waiting and will never ever go back to this restaurant!
